If you already receive occasional emails from me, I’d love to carry on contacting you in the most relevant way and GDPR allows me to continue doing this (because of what’s called ‘legitimate interest’), but I need to remind you that there are always quick and easy ways that you can make changes to what you receive from me.

As I mention on my tastings Spam is great fried but not in your inbox. If you wish to receive the occasional seasonal updates and have or are thinking about subscribing then there’s nothing to do, unless you want the way I contact you to change (please no carrier pigeons) but text message for eg To let us know that you don’t want to receive these communications, simply click on the Unsubscribe button below and you will then be permanently deleted from the database.

I’m committed to looking after the personal data you entrust with me at The Gintleman, in line with the high standards of GDPR regulations and in a password protected electronic folder. To be clear, I will never sell, rent or give your information to anyone else, and I will not share your information with anyone else for marketing purposes.
Currently we only retain your email address, but we may ask you for your telephone number and address so that we may contact you in the most appropriate way or for the occasional free entry into a yearly draw to win a festive ‘Gingle bells’ goody bag but only with your prior agreement.
